Training Course: Effective Proposal and Report Writing Skills

Organization: IDEAL Public Health and Development Consultancy (IPHDC) Format: Online Certificate Course Dates: 26 January 2026 – 30 January 2026 Registration Deadline: 25 January 2026 Fee: $350 USD

Course Overview

In the current funding landscape, relief and development organizations face intense competition. The ability to document impact effectively and craft “saleable” project proposals is no longer optional; it is a critical survival skill. Many organizations struggle with resource mobilization simply because they lack the technical capacity to translate their field expertise into compelling narratives for donors.

IPHDC has designed this training to bridge that gap. This course provides a strategic framework for program staff to master the dual skills of winning grant proposals and producing high-quality technical reports.

Learning Objectives

By the conclusion of this training, participants will be able to:

  1. Secure Funding: Develop highly competitive, logically sound project proposals tailored to specific donor requirements.
  2. Demonstrate Impact: Generate and compile high-quality technical reports that clearly communicate project success to diverse audiences.
  3. Refine Skills: Utilize the training forum to practice and critique writing techniques under expert guidance.
