Operational Context
Humanitarian and development agencies are the frontline of community service delivery. However, operational realities often reveal significant gaps in technical, financial, and managerial capacity. These institutional weaknesses inevitably lead to poor resource utilization and diminished impact on the communities served.
To address these systemic challenges, IPHDC has organized a comprehensive five-day training on Organization Development and Systems Strengthening (ODSS). This curriculum adopts a methodology globally utilized by funding agencies and capacity-building consultants to professionalize civil society organizations (CSOs).
Course Objective
The primary goal of this training is to strengthen the institutional and programming capacity of humanitarian agencies. We aim to equip participants with the tools necessary to build robust, sustainable organizations that deliver measurable results.

Methodology and Logistics
Delivery Method: The training is facilitated entirely in English. The methodology is interactive, utilizing webinar sessions, PowerPoint presentations, case studies (articles/videos), and practical assessments to ensure knowledge retention.
